We offer a highly effective range of industry specific guest service and ‘Train the Trainer’ programs, which can be adapted to suit individual requirements. We can add further value by working in partnership with your organisation to develop and implement bespoke programs which fully incorporate and underpin company ethos.
All of our trainers have relevant industry experience, which we feel is critical to the success of any training program. We understand that operational and safety needs of the ship takes precedent and we are well used to planning training to suit working schedules that are not based around normal hours! Some of the programs we have worked on include Train the Trainer, Guest Service training, Disability Awareness, Health & Hygiene, Service Skills, Supervisory & Management skills.
Due to our position within the industry, we are also able to offer a targeted recruitment service, primarily aimed at senior and middle management positions, both at sea and ashore.
